At the Undercroft Clinic we believe that our patients' needs are of the utmost importance. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat patients and referrals. The podiatry clinic is located in Park Road, Temple Ewell, Dover. We can refer patients requiring a home visiting service if they are unable to attend the Temple Ewell clinic. Gaynor has completed a minor surgery certificate September 2010, Skin Surgery in 2020 and she has completed a diploma in physiological regulating medicine (PRM) for homeo-mesotherapy in pain management.
Gaynor has also completed a dermal filler injection course (hyaluronic acid) which can be very beneficial for painful corns and loss of the fatty padding under the foot. These areas can remain very sore, with possible infection, even with regular treatment. Gaynor has completed a PGCert (Podiatry) at Brighton University. Gaynor is also qualified in the use of viscosupplementation and PRP injections which can be extremely effective injections for mild-moderate osteo-arthritic pain. Gaynor is also qualified in Gua Sha/Tool Assisted Massage which can really help reduce long standing, chronic tight and painful scar tissue. This can be continued at home by the patient
under guidance and supported by Nance with deep tissue work, trigger point work and mobilisation, with ultrasound if required.
Gaynor is currently the Chair of Medicines and Procedures, Institute of Chiropodists and Podiatrists, and is a Consultant Fellow in Podiatric Medicine (2019).
